About the role
Vibra Travels is looking for a corporate travel Physical Therapist to join our team. We seek therapists with experience in acute care and rehab hospitals. This position is responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician’s order.
Responsibilities
- Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapy programs and document progress
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Current, valid, and active Driver’s License
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
- One (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Ability to project a professional image
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

- Previous hospital experience

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a competitive hourly rate plus a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
