Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and neuromuscular re‑education as clinically appropriate
• Treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, musculoskeletal conditions, and mobility limitations
• Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and individualized home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support functional goals
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Washington Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and patient care skills
• Ability to manage an outpatient caseload and collaborate with a rehabilitation team
