Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 15-week contract starting July 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy License.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long-Term Care settings preferred.
• BLS Certification required.

Pay

Weekly gross pay of $2,590.00, subject to confirmation.

Schedule

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 35 hours per week.
