Travel Physical Therapist - $2,578 per week

AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in New Hampshire.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
