Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in South Portland, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Maine.
• At least one year of experience in home health or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

• Estimated weekly gross: $2,578.
• Housing provided: $798/week.

Schedule

• Rotation hours: 40 hrs/week (5 shifts/week).
• Shift: 8 hours, days.
