About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Unity, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent Allied Health experience in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure to practice in New Hampshire
- Pass required background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer software relevant to physical therapy
