Travel Physical Therapist - $2,570 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026, in Canaan, Connecticut. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2+ years of recent Allied Health experience in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• Pass required background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
