About the role
Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Milford, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
