Travel Physical Therapist - $2,547 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, in an inpatient setting covering CCU, AC, and Day Surgery. 24‑week assignment starting 11/02/2026, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of diagnoses.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs.
• Work five 8‑hour shifts per week; holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact license for Colorado.
• Minimum two years of PT experience; three to five years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Mandatory flu vaccination between October 1 and April 1 (declinations not accepted).

Housing

Newly remodeled studio apartments are available nearby, fully furnished with modern amenities including Wi‑Fi, utilities, and on‑site laundry. Pets are not allowed.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 8‑hour day shifts (08:00–16:00).
• Five shifts per week, 40 hours total.
• Holiday coverage may be required.
