Dress Code: Acute care: Purple scrubs (eggplant); Outpatient: Business attire or polo with khakis

Unit Information

• Beds: 60-bed acute care and 2 outpatient clinics
• Staff: 19 total — Day shift: 3 PTs, 3 PTAs, 2 OTs, 1 COTA, 1 SLP; Night shift: none listed
• Patient Ratios: 9–11 patients per day per FTE
• Equipment: PT modalities, pool, cardiovascular, Biodex balance, fitness center
• EMR: Acute care: CERNER; Outpatient: Nethealth Xfits (formerly ReDoc)

Requirements

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of North Carolina
• Outpatient and acute care experience (candidates without these skills will not be considered)

Qualifications

• Orthopedic / Sports Medicine / Spine / Manual therapy experience (preferred)
• Vestibular / vertigo / stroke experience (preferred)
• Team-oriented, outgoing personality

Schedule

• Day shift, 8-hour shifts
• Weekend rotation: every 5th weekend
• On-call: Saturday priority patients only, average 2–3 hours; no Sunday visits
