Travel Physical Therapist - $2,545 per week

Noor Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Barre, Vermont. Start date: 08/31/2026. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts. Employment type: Travel.

About the Role

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy care for patients in their home setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care to help patients reach their goals and maximize mobility and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure patient needs are met
• Perform standard therapy measurement techniques including range of motion, strength, and balance tests
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to maximize care provided to patients
• Manage patient cases including OASIS documentation

Requirements

• Vermont PT licensure required
• Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• McKesson/Netsmart EMR experience strongly preferred
• No requested time off
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation
