Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon. This role provides essential therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises. You will work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver high-quality, personalized care in a home setting.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients' therapy needs in their home environment

Requirements
- Oregon or Washington Physical Therapist licensure required
- Oasis experience preferred
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
