Travel Physical Therapist - $2,541 per week

Description

As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will provide vital care to patients in their homes. Your daily responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to improve mobility and overall health. This role requires a compassionate approach and the ability to work independently, making a real difference in patients' lives.

• EMR System: Epic
• 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience
• 2 References covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• BCLS certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
