About the role
Slate Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient assignment in South Charleston, West Virginia. This position offers 8-hour day shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week. While the role is primarily outpatient, the therapist may transition to another care setting as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- BLS certification through AHA (required and verified)
- Experience with EPIC charting system
Cancellation Policy
Up to 2 shifts may be canceled for this 13-week assignment/extension.
