Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Hot Springs, South Dakota. The position involves working 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts in outpatient, long‑term care, home health, and inpatient settings.
Requirements
- BLS‑AHA certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Experience with EPIC EHR
