Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri or a Compact State
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads, including potential home health and pediatric patients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or similar)
- Open to new graduates eager to start their career
Qualifications
- Willingness to start in mid-June or early July
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rural healthcare setting
- Flexibility to see both inpatient and outpatient cases, with potential home health or pediatric responsibilities based on experience
Skills
- Experience in pediatric therapy or home health environments
- Familiarity with mobility devices, surgical rehabilitation, or ophthalmic services
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
