About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lancaster, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to physical therapy practice.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active NH Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Skilled in providing physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,520.00
Schedule
35 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
