Required Qualifications

• Washington state license

• Home health experience required

• EPIC experience preferred

• 13 years of experience in inpatient physical therapy

Additional Information

• Orientation dates are scheduled every two weeks on Mondays starting 08/17/2026

• All documentation is due one week prior to start date

• A 30-day cancellation policy applies

• The facility may require visiting different territories on occasion depending on operational needs; float is not required

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
