Travel Physical Therapist - $2,520 per week

About the role

Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT IP) for a healthcare facility in a clinical setting. This position involves evaluating, planning, and supervising physical therapy treatments tailored to patients' individual needs. The role requires demonstrating clinical competence and knowledge to provide age-appropriate care and effectively collaborate with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations
• Establish treatment plans and goals
• Implement individualized therapy interventions
• Ensure documentation aligns with professional practices and regulatory standards
• Communicate patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Demonstrate appropriate supervision and delegation of personnel
• Participate in departmental process improvements
• Maintain compliance with established policies and standards

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice
• BLS certification
• Demonstrate clinical competency, experience, training and education required to perform the job (as discussed in interview)
