Travel Physical Therapist - $2,519 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Havre, Montana starting September 23, 2026. The position is 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Montana.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and environments.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
