Responsibilities
- Serve as a Physical Therapist with case management duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year full-time PT Case Manager experience within the last 2 years.

Pay
Pay rate range: $49.50 - $58.50 per hour. Rate is dependent on seniority and other factors discussed during the hiring process. Pay package includes tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).

- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
