Eligibility Requirements If a candidate has worked permanently or PRN at any location within the last year, they should be redirected as they are not eligible to return until one year has elapsed since their separation. Previous travelers at any location may be eligible for rehire, depending on their work history. Please provide the candidate’s name and date of birth for consideration. Additional Information Credentialing is required and must be completed for contract quality assurance. Active license is required. All necessary equipment will be provided during the interview.
