Travel Physical Therapist - $2,483 per week
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role is integral in evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to restore function and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
