Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARA
• Home health case management experience
• OASIS experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Idaho
• IDaho department of health and welfare fingerprinting

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST
• Saturday may be needed if productivity expectations are not met during the 5-day work week
• Productivity expectation is 30 points per week, equivalent to a 40-hour work week
• Coverage area extends within a 30-mile radius of the branch location
• Travel to multiple patient homes during each shift is required

Pay & Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
