We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in West Reading, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients’ condition(s) and developing individual treatment plans
- Assisting patients in improving day by day
- Instructing patients on proper use of exercise techniques
- Providing stimulation or massage
- Maintaining patient records
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Pennsylvania)
- Current BLS certification
