Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) in a clinical outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and return to community activities. The position requires engaging with patients, families, students, and team members while adhering to professional and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
- Utilize clinical reasoning to develop and modify treatment plans.
- Document all clinical activities in a clear and timely manner.
- Perform duties under signed, valid physician orders and in compliance with insurance and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in student supervision.
- Actively pursue ongoing professional development.
- Maintain licensure in good standing and adhere to all applicable professional and organizational standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- At least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Location within feasible travel distance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with outpatient therapy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
