Travel Physical Therapist - $2,465 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Maine to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position located in Waterville, Maine. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a SNF / LTC environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (Maine).

Schedule

• 5x8 days schedule (8-hour shifts, days).
• 40 hours per week.
• Start date: 11/02/2026.
