Travel Physical Therapist - $2,446 per week

About the role

Zack Group is currently seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel position in Gold Beach, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. This is a 4x10 days position with shifts from 08:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services in accordance with the plan of care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies and professional standards.

Requirements

• Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy.
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• Current resume.
• 2 current leadership references and 1 current co-worker reference.
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening.

Schedule
