Travel Physical Therapist - $2,446 per week
Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week acute care hospital contract assignment in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin.
About the Role
This is a travel position offering a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension. The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers.
- Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.
Pay
$2,280 - $2,446 per week (based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation).
