About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Avondale, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona.
- At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
