About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Colebrook, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
