About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Oklahoma.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. The exact amount will be determined upon hire.
