About the role
We’re currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Charles, Minnesota. This is a travel position with an anticipated start date of ASAP, lasting 13 weeks on a day-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individual treatment plans.
- Assist patients in improving their daily function.
- Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and provide stimulation or massage.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
