Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting
- Assess and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a PT setting
- Valid Arizona PT license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Eligibility to work in the United States
