About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in NH
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
