LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Victorville, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality standards.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements.

- PT Home Health Schedule options: Mon-Fri with 1 weekend day of call a month; Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday
- Home Health experience preferred, if no Home Health experience, must have Outpatient experience as the minimum
- CA license in hand preferred
- Oasis experience required - may consider candidates without Oasis if they have solid Home Health experience
- GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
- Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed
- Covid Exemptions permitted
- Mileage between patients - IRS Standard
Qualifications
- Patient care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current NRP certification
