SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Lubbock, TX.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
