About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Milford, NH. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 08/31/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• 1 Year of Experience
• Valid NH License
• BLS Certification

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current licensure in the state of NH
