Travel Physical Therapist - $2,424 per week

About the role

AHS Staffing is looking for a SNF Physical Therapist in Santa Fe, NM for a Long Term (Travel) position. This assignment is expected to last 14 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
