Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Sioux City, Iowa. This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide outpatient physical therapy care to patients. The therapist may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses to meet patient and operational needs.

Job Details

• Start date: August 17, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Setting: Outpatient, with possible floating across local campuses
• Facility: Trauma center level 3
• Candidates should be flexible to work during the orientation schedule every Monday and will be expected to work 1-2 of the 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience
• Iowa state license
• BLS certification
• Driver's License
• Work history/resume
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• License verification
• Supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
