About the role
The Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Salem, Oregon supports general orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical care. This role involves delivering patient-focused outpatient rehabilitation services during the assigned day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-focused outpatient rehabilitation services
- Support general orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical care
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Minimum of 410 hour shifts per month
- May be asked to float to other facilities if needed
Requirements
- Oregon (OR) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2+ years of experience in outpatient (OP) physical therapy OR licensure applicable to the positions requirements

Pay
