Job Description
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment with Powerback Rehabilitation in Milford, NH. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, for 13 weeks starting July 13, 2026.
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire PT License (or ability to obtain)
- SNF, Rehab, Acute Care, or Home Health experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
