About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Farmington, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment decisions
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Maine
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
