Aequor Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel position at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Novato, California. The position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week, 8 hours per day shifts, and medical insurance available on day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• Experience in skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
