Travel Physical Therapist - $2,389 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Newport, Oregon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid OR license.
• BLS certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state of OR.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
