Travel Physical Therapist - $2,389 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Arizona to work in an Outpatient setting on a contract basis.

About the role

This travel assignment is located in Glendale, Arizona, with a start date of 10/26/2026 and a duration of 27 weeks. The position requires a 5x8 Days schedule (40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain one.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
