• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Physical Therapist PT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$2,349.53 - $2,422.20 per week

Schedule
