Assignment Details

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Location: Fair Lawn, NJ
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts (40 hours per week)
• Start Date: 09/14/2026 (also noted as ASAP)
• Immediate Interview Available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in the SNF setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete timely documentation and patient education
