Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency‑required liability insurance

Pay & schedule
