About the role
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This is a travel position with an anticipated start date of ASAP, a contract duration of 13 weeks, and a schedule of 40 hours per week (8-hour day shifts).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individual treatment plans.
- Assist patients in improving their daily functioning.
- Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and provide stimulation or massage.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Florida).
- Current BLS certification.
